Refunds for Subscriptions
Subscriptions are non-refundable, but you may cancel at any time by logging into your account at shop.bestfriendsforfrosting.com/account.
Cancellation requests must be received at least 14 days before your billing date to avoid being charged for the next month.
If a payment fails due to an invalid or expired payment method, please update your payment information promptly. We may attempt to reprocess the payment before pausing your subscription.
